Rentlytics is looking for an experienced Director of Product to lead the strategy and execution of our company's products through the full lifecycle. The Director will work closely with our customers and internally with Engineering, Product Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success. Successful candidates will have a track record of building successful SaaS products and solutions. Exceptional candidates will have a track record of launching new data-centric products into markets with historically slower technology adoption. Our ideal candidate is serious about delivering quality products to our customers and will develop a thorough and comprehensive understanding of our customers' business challenges and design a roadmap capable of solving their short-term pain while driving toward our long-term ambition.

 

Responsibilities

  • Lead the entire product management lifecycle of Rentlytics' products, designing and executing a well-defined roadmap
  • Lead the R&D process for new products, identifying and executing on new market opportunities
  • Manage the product management team based in the San Francisco Bay Area, fostering a culture of curiosity, accountability, and professional growth
  • Deliver features that drive measurable business results to our customer base on time and on budget
  • Act as one of the chief evangelists for our products with internal and external customers ranging from junior-level analysts to C-Suite executives to industry media
  • Transform product ideas into actionable concepts, projects, MRD’s, and PRD’s, creating a system that holds the product team accountable to measurable results
  • Create and manage a disciplined, Agile-based product development process, from scoping to development to release
  • Other duties as assigned

 

Qualifications

  • 10 years of product management experience
  • Experience working at a similar size and stage as Rentlytics
  • Strong team leader with the ability to attract, motivate, and develop top performers
  • A lead-by-example management style emphasizing collaboration and solution-focused thinking
  • Creative problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent written and oral communication
  • A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field

 

Preferred Skills & Experience

  • Product management experience developing and delivering enterprise data analytics products
  • A thorough understanding of how to generate actionable insights from big data sets
  • Experience building, managing, and scaling product management teams
  • Experience leading product design teams
  • Experience and a strong desire to help scale a company from its 1M ARR phase to its 10M ARR phase and beyond
  • Scrum Product Manager Certification

 

Compensation

  • $150k - $175k Salary
  • 0.0% – 1.0% Equity
