Sr. Sales Operations Manager (Account-based, Channel, and Alliance Sales)
Rentlytics is looking for a Sr. Sales Operations Manager (Account-based, Channel, and Alliance Sales) to develop and grow a high-functioning Sales Operations discipline, through better process, training and technology.
Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you'll be directly responsible for supporting Rentlytics sales pipeline health, implementing operational best practices, and launching strategic programs and incentives that drive sales efficiency and effectiveness. Successful candidates will have proven experience optimizing Salesforce for cross-functional use, leading Account-based sales operations, and partnering with both demand generation teams and Sales leadership. You'll launch and manage all the systems and processes necessary to support Account-based sales, including customer ecosystem management, business development, operational leadership & programmatic development.
