Regional Sales Executive 

The Role 

We have an opportunity for an experienced, analytic Regional Sales Executive to join one of the fastest growing technology companies in the commercial real estate sector. Positions are available in the Northeast and Southern regions. Living in the region is required. 
Specifically, you will be selling the Rentlytics’ suite of business intelligence solutions to the Commercial Real Estate & Financial Services Industry. You’ll be assigned a specific geographic region to manage and sell to.
Rentlytics offers a competitive compensation plan with accelerate commissions and tremendous upside earnings potential that has no cap. 



  • You have a demonstrated and verifiable track record as a top producer. 
  • You must be able to forecast sales activity and revenue achievement while creating satisfied customers that can be referenced in future sales cycles. You will be responsible for developing and executing accounts strategies. 
  • You have experience selling enterprise software directly to the commercial real estate or financial services industries.
  • You’re passionate about working in early-stage companies. 
  • You are extremely focused, have strong pipeline development experience, accurate forecasting experience and are highly organized with experience.

  • 7+ years of software sales experience as an individual contributor. Ideally within the Commercial Real Estate or Financial Services industry
  • Excellent presentation and listening skills
  • Proven record of sales success in a similar enterprise software application environment
  • Experience identifying unique and complex business challenges and solutions
  • Strong track record and history of carrying and exceeding a sales quota
  • Excellent presentation and listening skills
  • Must be able to thrive in a very fast paced start up environment
  • Related bachelors degree preferred
  • Willing to travel 40% or more
