Executive Assistant

Rentlytics is looking for a talented Executive Assistant to support the CEO. Within this fast paced startup environment, you'll need the skills to complete complex tasks and projects quickly, the business acumen to react with appropriate urgency to emerging situations, and the hustle and ingenuity to get stuff done in a constantly-shifting and pressured environment - you will ‘create calm from chaos and will make the CEO as effective and efficient as possible. The ideal candidate will be self-driven and able to work with minimal oversight and guidance.

We currently have two products in the market: “Business Intelligence” and “Renovation Manager”. The Rentlytics Business Intelligence platform consolidated a real-estate company’s portfolio operations data into a single place, and makes it easy to analyze, share, and act on. The Rentlytics Renovation Manager system is the industry’s leading workflow, management, and analytics tool for tracking apartment renovation projects. Responsibilities:

  • Proactively manage the day-to-day needs of the CEO to ensure he is prepared and organized for all internal and external meetings and events; for example: email / calendar management, booking travel, errands, one-off projects, and meeting preparation
  • Strategize best approaches and meeting agendas prior to conversations with business leaders & stakeholders
  • Attend meetings as necessary, capture major takeaways, and work with the team to ensure appropriate follow-up
  • Prioritize conflicting demands; handle matters efficiently, and follow through on projects to successful completion
  • Research, prioritize, and follow up on incoming issues and concerns addressed to the CEO, including those of a sensitive or confidential nature
  • Manage important and complex projects with a hands on approach that facilitates the CEO’s ability to effectively lead the company

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required with a minimum of 3 years work experience in a supporting role
  • Strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail
  • Very strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders, including staff, board members, and external partners
  • Exceptional writing skills -- the ability to create short-form, long-form, email form, medium form etc. content in a professional, engaging and effective manner
  • Demonstrated proactive approaches to problem-solving with strong decision-making capability
  • Highly resourceful team-player, with the ability to also be extremely effective independently
  • Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion, be adaptable to various competing demands, and demonstrate the highest level of customer/client service
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve high performance goals and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment
  • Forward looking thinker who actively seeks opportunities and proposes solutions
