Marketing Programs Specialist

The Role

Rentlytics is looking for a Marketing Programs Specialist to hit the ground running in a fun, competitive, fast-paced environment with a lot of room to grow and expand. We’re looking for someone who is detail-oriented, results-driven and extremely organized. The Marketing Programs Specialist will join our growing marketing team and report to our Senior Manager of Demand Generation. This person will be responsible for assisting with campaign development, analyzing the effectiveness of each campaign and reporting results. The successful candidate will play an integral role in building and engaging the company’s customer base, and creating effective strategies that will promote the long-term growth of Rentlytics.

 

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with our Senior Demand Gen Manager to develop, execute and drive effective integrated inbound, outbound and account-based marketing programs and campaigns
  • Manage campaigns end-to-end, including but not limited to tradeshows, field marketing, webinars and social media
  • Work closely with marketing and sales teams to develop event strategy and maintain event calendar
  • Build out webinar programs to nurture existing leads through the demand funnel
  • Communicate program plans and expectations to Business Development Representatives (BDRs)
  • Lead planning and execution of Rentlytics Customer Advisory Board (CAB) activities
  • Develop marketing plan and manage execution of Rentlytics Annual User Conference
  • Work closely with demand generation and customer success teams to build Rentlytics community via various channels including social media and field marketing
  • Analyze data to determine campaign effectiveness and measure against objectives and goals including new leads, campaign member engagement, MQL generation, opportunity creation, and eventually closed-won business.
  • Work with marketing and recruiting teams to develop social media strategy for Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and LinkedIn
  • Develop and communicate marketing plans, campaign results and project recommendations to management team

 

Requirements and Skills

  • 2-3 years of Marketing experience in the SaaS industry
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Working understanding of demand funnel stages
  • Strong interest or experience in events and/or community management whether online or in-person.
  • Experience with account based marketing strategy and tactics
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and listening skills
  • Strong organization and prioritization skills
  • Proven record of success
  • Ability to multitask, manage multiple priorities, and work efficiently in fast paced environments
  • Detail oriented while still focused on larger goals
  • Must be able to thrive in a very fast paced startup environment
  • Experience with CRM (Salesforce.com) and Marketing Automation (Marketo) a plus
